I need a good diet plan to decrease stomach fat and build muscle?
Ok, so I know about the muscle building section of getting abs but i want to know more about the diet part of it. Im assuming lots of water, more protein and less carbs? How are fruits and vegetables? All fast food is out. Could someone briefly organize what I need and how much to lose stomach fat? Is protein only for the muscle building part or does it help lose fat too?

it all depend on how much you work out at the gym but i would say 5 plates of food a day devide your plate in to 3 and have 2 parts fruit or veg and 1 part protein which eva sort of protein you prefer, breakfast 6 egg oimlete but just the egg whites with lots of veg and maybe some chicken in it no cheese then obviously your protein shakes aswell, hope this helps alittle,
